Daniel 3:1-7
It is interesting that a certain type of music always accompanies idolatry. As Christians, we must make sure that the music we listen to matches our worship of God, not the sensual, emotional, self-gratifying music of the world.

Daniel 2:46-49
Our repentance before God has to be real. Today’s discussion goes into the king’s response to Daniel and why it was not true repentance. The greatest takeaway is that we must take our sin before God very seriously in order to be forgiven by Him and changed into the people He wants us to be.

Even prophecy is history to God since He is not confined by time. In this week’s episode, we look at Daniel’s interpretation of Nebuchadnezzar’s dream through the power of God. Today, we learn the limitation of man’s reason and wisdom. This important lesson is on display from the king’s interaction with the wise men in his court. We discuss what we can learn from this and where we should look for the answers we most desperately need. Ultimately, the emptiness of man’s understanding only sets the stage for God’s glory to be revealed in a more spectacular way!

Studying God's Word
This podcast is committed to studying God's Word through consistent normal-literal-grammatical interpretation, in connection with the context, from a dispensational approach, and by comparing Scripture with Scripture. Every episode will examine the Scripture expositionally from a Separated Baptistic perspective. We believe God's Word is sufficient for all matters of life and theology and look forward to studying it each week together!

About the Host
I am 100% non-catholic, non-charismatic, non-calvinist, non-chauvinist, non-conformist Christian. As a sixteen-year-old, I surrendered to the call to preach one night in youth group, and I began preparing for the ministry even as a homeschooler. I studied Youth Ministries and Church Music at Pensacola Christian College, where I graduated in 2021. While there, I was on staff at a large youth group as well as being a Christian Service leader, residence assistant, and the senior class chaplain, which gave me broad exposure into the calling of ministering to people. The Lord also used three summers counseling at Christian camps, and attending and preaching in churches across the US to impress upon me the need for serious New Testament churches. I believe these experiences give me unique insight that will prepare me for the calling to plant a church in the future. Currently, I am intensely studying the Bible, completing courses, reading, and writing in preparation for that calling. Thanks for listening!
